My Order has been Returned to Origin (RTO). What does that mean?

There are a few reasons why a shipment may be returned to us (RTO). These include:

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If the delivery could not be completed after multiple attempts, either due to an incorrect address or no one being present at the delivery location.
  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address: If the address provided is incomplete or contains an incorrect pin code, our delivery team won’t be able to locate the destination.
  • Refused Delivery: If you or someone at the delivery address refuses to accept the package when it arrives.

In such cases, our customer support team will reach out to you via your registered phone number to resolve the issue. If we are unable to get in touch with you, or if the number is unreachable, the package will be returned to the sender.

Within How Many Days Of Purchase Can I Return My Order?

Return request needs to be raised within 5 days of the delivery date.

When Will I Get My Refund?

It usually takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse after the reverse pickup is done, after which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the exchange request will be initiated within 2 business days.
